For a straightforward setup, something like a built-in grill with a countertop and maybe a small storage cabinet, you’re typically looking at $15,000 or so.
That covers quality materials, safe installation, and a layout that actually works. It’s not a prefab kit, it’s built to last and designed specifically for your home. If you’ve seen those store-bought units rust out after one season, you’ll know why it’s worth doing this right.
If it’s a basic build with just a grill, we can usually knock it out in about 3 days.
If it’s a full setup with plumbing, lighting, multiple appliances, and maybe a pergola or fire pit involved, it’s more like 5 to 6 days.
Either way, we keep you in the loop so you always know what’s happening and when. I send weekly updates, and I’m available if questions come up along the way.
